Art is done for yourself, and is one of the few things that a person is able to do without any boundaries or having to care about whatever people think.You do art for yourself, and if you don't do it for yourself, you have no business taking up a pencil. In consideration of these last few posts, I think that deviantart should be a place where we can come and celebrate art together, and putting these comments on someone's page is disresectful and jeopardizes the integrity of the site.

Personally I am sad to see such a favored artist leave the community and I hope that I will be able to continue seeing her art atanother website.

but what happend. I have watched her for a while and I didn't even realized that her artworks disappeared (I wasn't watching journals because I have my exams and I don't have enough time till end of this month)

Hm, that's kind. I wouldn't say that I worship her, but I do believe in compassion, and seeing as it's unlikely that she hasn't done anything that is outright negative, this sort of cruelty is kind of unwarranted.

Instead of expanding her style (Admittedly, it took me a while to change my own style) She's had YEARS to do this.
While she draws well in her own style, the only place for that sort of thing is in Japan.
Maybe they will worship her the same way you spineless fan-tards have.

How about you actually go to a website before you try to insult it...? On ED's article about SS, they have actual quotes and screenshots of things she has said. It's complaints and bitching, yes, but it's not completely groundless.

ED's all for the lulz. It's mean and offensive most of the time. But it's all in fun, and it's not meant to be taken seriously.

The problem with her being bitchy (and she's reformed lately; on her other account she's pretty cool now) is that her defenses and excuses when criticized were seen as a blatant refusal to even try to take advice and improve as an artist.

I'd really like to know how we're "emos". :/
